I am a volunteer because I believe that only when you share and help others you find meaning in life...

Helping with money is the easy way, but giving some of your time to help others is our obligation and when you do, the feelings cannot be described in words. What you give is what you get in this life.

I offer some of my free time with love... When I asked a grandmother at the Εlder’s Ηome what she wants me to bring her... she replied: «Only love»

I feel that I receive back more love in relation to how much love I give. No special skill is needed.

I give my love and I volunteer.  I am rewarded with a smile and that means a lot to me.

It was a a spur-of-the-moment decision that changed many people's lives. Volunteering started as a way to feel better when my kids left for college. I started supporting a little boy with development problems, we read fairy tales, we sang.  Since then, a lifelong relationship was created, which made me reconsider everything.

Every volunteering experience is different, filled with messages and life lessons. When I visited a family and I asked the mother what needs she had, she told me that she needed a mobile phone. I gave her an old cell phone. She cried and kept saying thank you.
